Vegan Broccoli Salad


Broccoli Salad:
◗ 3 cups broccoli roughly one bunch
◗ 1 tbsp olive oil (different oil is also fine)
◗ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
◗ 2 tbsp peanuts
◗ 2 spring onions (sliced)
◗ 2-3 tbsp water
◗ Salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:
◗1 tbsp soy sauce (dark)
◗1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
◗1 tbsp vinegar (lemon juice is also fine)


  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets, then wash and rinse.
  2. Get a pan to medium heat, add some oil. Add the broccoli and fry for about a minute.
  3. Add 2-3 tbsp of water and ideally place a lid on top of the pan. Let it saute for another 4-5 minutes.
  4. Whisk together the sauce and slice up the green onions.
  5. Now add the sauce, sesame seeds, peanuts and green onions to the broccoli. Stir gently for another 2-3
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Maybe some more vinegar.
  7. Done! Indulge immediately or when cold.
